Customer relationship management

Engispider CRM

Lead to quotation to invoice, without retyping any of it.

A CRM that does not stop at the pipeline. Leads, quotations, invoices and recurring subscriptions in one system, with every call and follow-up logged against the customer — so an accepted quote becomes an invoice rather than a figure someone copies across.

logged against the customer

Two ways in

At the desk and in the car park.

The call that matters usually happens away from the desk. The note about it should be written while it is still accurate, not typed up from memory the next morning.

Free

Mobile access is free with the subscription.

Every user on the account gets it. No separate mobile licence and no cap on how many of your team carry the pipeline with them.

  • Web app

    Sales, accounts & management

Leads, customers, quotations, invoices, subscriptions, bank accounts, master items, tasks and reports.

  • Mobile access

Your team · on the move

The pipeline, today’s tasks and the customer history — and a call logged the moment it ends.

Follow one deal

Most CRMs stop at won.

This one carries the deal through the quotation, the invoice and the renewal — so the number quoted is the number billed, and nobody rebuilds it from a PDF.

01 · Where deals actually stall

A pipeline you can argue with

Every lead in a stage, with a value against it and a date it last moved. The useful question is not how many leads there are — it is which seven have not moved in a fortnight, and that is the one this answers.

  • Visual pipeline from first contact through to won
  • Value and age on every stage, not just a count
  • Stalled deals surfaced rather than buried in a list
  • Centralised contact history behind each one

02 · The document is the deal

Quotations that become invoices

Price the work once. The quotation goes out, gets revised, gets accepted — and the invoice is raised from it rather than typed again from a PDF, which is where the number usually changes by accident.

  • Quotations with versions, sent and accepted states
  • Invoices raised directly from the accepted quotation
  • Master items so the same work is priced the same way
  • Full history against the customer, not in someone’s sent folder

03 · Revenue that repeats

Renewals nobody has to remember

Retainers, AMCs and subscriptions bill themselves on their cycle. Monthly recurring revenue is a figure on a screen instead of something reconstructed from invoices at the end of a quarter.

  • Monthly, quarterly and annual billing cycles
  • Invoices raised automatically on the next date
  • Monthly recurring revenue as a live figure
  • Renewals visible before they arrive, not after they lapse

04 · The follow-up

Calls logged where the customer is

A task against a customer, a call logged against the same record, and the next action with a time on it. The history of a relationship stops living in the memory of whoever happened to own it.

  • Tasks assigned with owners and due times
  • Integrated calling with logging and analytics
  • Email campaigns and automated follow-ups
  • Every interaction on the customer record

Mobile

05 · Away from the desk

Written while it is still accurate

The pipeline, the day’s calls and the customer’s history on a phone — so the note gets written in the car park rather than reconstructed on Monday from what somebody remembers.

  • Your pipeline and closed-won figure, live
  • Today’s tasks with times against them
  • Log a call the moment it ends
  • Full customer history before you ring

Everything in the box

17 capabilities, one subscription.

This replaces the pipeline spreadsheet, the quotation template, the renewals calendar and the sent folder that currently holds your customer history.

Customers & pipeline

Lead to close, with value and age on each stage.

Quotes, invoices, subscriptions and calls in one place.

Quote to cash

  • Invoices

Raised from the accepted quotation rather than retyped.

  • Subscriptions

Monthly, quarterly or annual, billed on their own cycle.

One price list, so the same work is quoted the same way.

  • Bank accounts

Which account a payment lands in, held against the record.

  • Role-based access

Who sees whose deals, and who can change a price.

Built for

4
  • Teams that quote before they sell

Where the deal is a document — a priced quotation that gets revised twice before anyone signs.

  • Recurring-revenue businesses

Retainers, AMCs and subscriptions that have to invoice themselves on a cycle nobody wants to diarise.

  • Phone-first sales

Most of the relationship happens on a call. The record of it should not live in a notebook.

  • Agencies & service firms

A handful of people, a long pipeline, and no appetite for a CRM that needs its own administrator.

    You sell at a counter

For walk-in retail there is no pipeline to manage — Engispider Retail or Restro is the closer fit.

  • — 02

You already run an accounting package

Invoices and subscriptions here may overlap it. Worth a scoping call to decide which system owns the ledger.

We would rather tell you this is the wrong product than sell you a configuration that fights your process. Where nothing in the catalogue fits, we build the system instead.

Getting it running

Five phases, and you check each one.

How long it takes depends on how much history has to come across and how many sites are involved. You get a phase plan with dates before work starts.

Free

Onboarding is free with the subscription.

Setup, data migration, training and go-live are not billed as a project and there is no joining fee. Support continues under the same subscription once you are live.

  1. Configuration

Your branches, roles, tax rates, document formats and approval rules — set up against how you work now.

    Free

  2. Data migration

Existing records imported from Excel, CSV or a database export, validated, with an error report before anything commits.

    Free

  3. Training

Your team trained on the screens they will actually use, on your own data rather than a sample set.

    Free

  4. Go-live

Production cutover, with us on hand through the first days of real use.

    Free

  5. Support

A support agreement with response times and a named contact, covering fixes, updates and enhancements.

    Free

  6. Support hours are Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 · Sat 9:00–14:00 IST — the same hours in the agreement as on this page.

    Start with a scoping call

Before you ask

The six that come up every time.

Answered straight, with no figure we cannot stand behind. The rest are on the full FAQ.

Can I see the software before buying?

Yes. We run a guided demo on a live system with your own scenarios, rather than giving out a self-serve login — our products are multi-tenant deployments where each customer has their own isolated instance. Contact us and we will schedule a demo, usually within two working days.

Can you migrate data from the system we use now?

Yes. Data migration is part of every deployment. We import existing records — students, items, customers, stock, ledgers — from Excel, CSV or a direct database export, validate them, show you an error report before anything is committed, and reconcile the result against your current balances.

How long does a deployment take?

A product deployment typically runs in phases: configuration, data migration, training, then go-live. The length depends on how much historical data has to come across and how many sites are involved. We give a phase plan with dates in the scope document before work starts, and each phase ends with working software you can check.

How is the software priced?

Pricing depends on the product, the number of users or outlets, and whether you need custom work on top. We quote per project after a scoping conversation rather than publishing a rate card, because a single-outlet cafe and a twelve-college group need very different things. Contact us for a quote.

Is our data kept separate from other customers?

Yes. Our multi-tenant products scope every record to an organisation identifier taken from the authenticated session and enforced on the server for every query, so no request can read another tenant’s data. Where a customer requires it, we also deploy a dedicated instance.

What happens after go-live?

Support continues under an agreement that sets out response times and a named contact. That covers bug fixes, updates and enhancements. Our support hours are Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 and Saturday 9:00–14:00 IST.
