Three ways in

The office, the phone, and every parent.

Administrators run the institution from the web app. Families get an Android app and a browser portal — which is what takes the queue out of the corridor on a fee deadline.

Free

The app and the portal are free with the subscription.

Every family at the institution gets access. No per-student charge, no per-device licence, and no limit on how many parents use them.

  • Web app

    Office, accounts & management

Admissions, fee plans, collections, approvals, accounting, hostel, transport, library, exams and payroll.

  • Android app

    Students & parents

Dues and online payment, receipts, attendance, results and leave requests, in a phone they already carry.

  • Web portal

    Families · any browser

The same portal without installing anything — for a parent on a desktop, or a phone that is not Android.

Follow one rupee

From a parent’s phone to the trial balance.

Collected by one person, recorded by another, answered for by a third — months later, to an auditor. Every step below exists because that is where institutions lose money.

01 · Parents pay themselves

The fee arrives without a queue

A parent opens the portal on their phone, sees exactly what is due, and pays. The receipt is generated the same second and the bank confirms the money separately — nobody stands at a counter on a working day to hand over cash.

  • Self-pay for parents; pay-on-behalf at the counter for staff
  • Instant printable receipt on every payment, online or cash
  • Dues, attendance, results and leave in the same portal
  • Refund a wrong payment straight back to source in one click

Parent portal

02 · Two people, every rupee

Nothing is one person’s word

The cashier raises the receipt and someone in accounts verifies it. Only then is the collection final. Every concession needs a second approval too, so a discount is never something that simply happened.

  • Maker-checker approval on every collection
  • Discount and concession approvals, traceable to a person
  • Gap-less, audit-ready receipt numbering — no gaps, no duplicates
  • Complete audit trail with before-and-after on every edit

03 · The books, unattended

Your ledger posts itself

Every approved receipt writes its own double entry — bank debited, fee income credited, balanced. The voucher book, day book, trial balance and P&L are live, because they are the same data rather than a monthly re-typing of it.

  • Automatic double-entry on every approved receipt
  • Cumulative day book by mode and cashier, with a day-close guard
  • Trial balance and P&L live, with no separate bookkeeping step
  • Vouchers and ledgers exportable to PDF or Excel

04 · Reconciled, not retyped

The bank confirms it, not a clerk

Online payments settle against the bank statement automatically. A payment that has not landed stays visibly on hold rather than being marked received by someone who hopes it will.

  • Automatic reconciliation against the bank
  • Collected, reconciled, on-hold and refunded as live figures
  • Status comes from the gateway — never edited by hand
  • One-click refunds to the original payment source

05 · Who has not paid

The defaulter list, in one click

Outstanding dues filtered by institute, course, year and section, aged, with the guardian’s phone number already beside the name. The follow-up list builds itself instead of being assembled from a register each month.

  • Filter by institute, course, year and section
  • Defaulter list with guardian contact details and ageing
  • Collection, day-wise, mode-wise and fee-plan reports
  • Export any report to PDF or Excel

Everything in the box

26 capabilities, one subscription.

This replaces the admission register, the fee book, the accounting package, the spreadsheets, and the separate hostel, transport and library records. None of it is priced separately.

Students & admissions

6
  • Online admissions

Course, category, hostel and transport set in a single guided flow.

  • Student 360° profile

Admission, details, fees, receipts, payments and certificates in one place.

  • Bulk student upload

Import a whole batch from Excel — validate, preview errors, then commit.

  • Multi-institution

One campus or a whole group, each institute’s data separate.

  • Role-based dashboards

Everyone lands on what matters to them, not on someone else’s screen.

  • Notifications & notices

Message parents or any group of students, with read-acknowledgement.

Fees & money

8
  • Fee plans, your way

Per course, year, category and student, with mandatory and optional heads.

  • Maker-checker collection

Cashier collects, accounts verifies — approval on every rupee.

  • Instant auto receipt

Cash, cheque, UPI or online — a printable receipt on the spot.

  • Gap-less receipts

Audit-ready numbering with no gaps and no duplicates.

  • Discount approvals

Every concession needs a second approval before it applies.

  • Online fee payment

Parents pay online and get an instant receipt, reconciled with the bank.

  • One-click refunds

Refund a wrong payment to its original source, no bank visit.

  • Outstanding & defaulters

Dues by institute, course, year or section, with parent contacts.

Accounting

4
  • Automatic double entry

Every approved receipt posts itself; vouchers stay live.

  • Day book & day-close

Cumulative by mode and cashier, with a previous-day close guard.

  • Trial balance & P&L

Live, because they are the same data rather than a monthly re-entry.

  • Complete audit trail

Every entry, edit, discount and approval logged with before-and-after.

Campus operations

8
  • Hostel management

Rooms, bed allotment, transfer and leave — allotment raises the fee itself.

  • Transport management

Routes, stops and fares; map a student to a bus and the fee follows.

  • Library

Every book with its own identity, stock and location; issue, return, auto-fines.

  • Attendance

Class-wise or day-wise, with leave requests and approvals.

  • Timetable

Publish in a click; students and teachers each see their own.

  • Examinations & results

Schedule, form fill-up, exam-fee collection, upload, declare and print.

  • Staff, HR & payroll

Records, attendance, leave, payslips and bank disbursement with maker-checker.

  • Student & parent portal

Families check dues, pay online, apply for leave, see results and attendance.

Who it is for

Find yourself on this list.

Schools, colleges, polytechnics, nursing and pharmacy institutes, and multi-institution education groups.

Built for

4
  • Schools

One campus, one office, and a fee register that has to balance before anyone goes home.

  • Colleges & polytechnics

Semester fee plans, exam form fill-up and hostel allotment all feeding the same ledger.

  • Nursing & pharmacy institutes

Category-wise fee structures and records that have to survive an inspection years later.

  • Multi-institution groups

Several institutes on one deployment, each one’s data separate, one login to move between them.

Talk to us first if

  • — 01

You need one module, not an ERP

This is built around the fee ledger and the accounts under it. For attendance alone it is far more system than you need.

  • — 02

    One person does everything

Maker-checker is the point: a cashier raises, someone else verifies. With a single administrator you lose the control you are buying.

We would rather tell you this is the wrong product than sell you a configuration that fights your process. Where nothing in the catalogue fits, we build the system instead.

Getting it running

Five phases, and you check each one.

How long it takes depends on how much history has to come across and how many sites are involved. You get a phase plan with dates before work starts.

Free

Onboarding is free with the subscription.

Setup, data migration, training and go-live are not billed as a project and there is no joining fee. Support continues under the same subscription once you are live.

  1. Configuration

Your branches, roles, tax rates, document formats and approval rules — set up against how you work now.

    Free

  2. Data migration

Existing records imported from Excel, CSV or a database export, validated, with an error report before anything commits.

    Free

  3. Training

Your team trained on the screens they will actually use, on your own data rather than a sample set.

    Free

  4. Go-live

Production cutover, with us on hand through the first days of real use.

    Start with a scoping call

Before you ask

The six that come up every time.

Answered straight, with no figure we cannot stand behind. The rest are on the full FAQ.

Can I see the software before buying?

Yes. We run a guided demo on a live system with your own scenarios, rather than giving out a self-serve login — our products are multi-tenant deployments where each customer has their own isolated instance. Contact us and we will schedule a demo, usually within two working days.

Can you migrate data from the system we use now?

Yes. Data migration is part of every deployment. We import existing records — students, items, customers, stock, ledgers — from Excel, CSV or a direct database export, validate them, show you an error report before anything is committed, and reconcile the result against your current balances.

How long does a deployment take?

A product deployment typically runs in phases: configuration, data migration, training, then go-live. The length depends on how much historical data has to come across and how many sites are involved. We give a phase plan with dates in the scope document before work starts, and each phase ends with working software you can check.

How is the software priced?

Pricing depends on the product, the number of users or outlets, and whether you need custom work on top. We quote per project after a scoping conversation rather than publishing a rate card, because a single-outlet cafe and a twelve-college group need very different things. Contact us for a quote.

Is our data kept separate from other customers?

Yes. Our multi-tenant products scope every record to an organisation identifier taken from the authenticated session and enforced on the server for every query, so no request can read another tenant’s data. Where a customer requires it, we also deploy a dedicated instance.

What happens after go-live?

Support continues under an agreement that sets out response times and a named contact. That covers bug fixes, updates and enhancements. Our support hours are Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 and Saturday 9:00–14:00 IST.
