Two ways in
The office and the warehouse floor.
Stock is counted where it sits, not at a desk. The person holding the carton should be the person recording it, while the carton is still in their hands.
Mobile scanning is free with the subscription.
Every user on the account can count and scan from a phone. No per-device licence and no separate handheld to buy.
Web app
Purchasing, stores & management
Item master, stock on hand, purchase and sales orders, transfers, reorder points and every report.
Mobile stock app
Floor & stores staff
Cycle counts and goods receipt from a phone, with the barcode scanner built in — recorded at the rack.
Where records break
Stock does not drift. It breaks at two moments.
Goods coming in and goods going out. Everything after those two is a reconciliation nobody enjoys, so the system sits at the moments themselves.
01 · What you actually hold
One number, every location
"Do we have it?" should not take four phone calls. Stock on hand across every warehouse on one screen, with a level bar that shows which lines are about to become a problem before they are one.
- Real-time stock across multiple warehouses and locations
- Reorder points per item, flagged before you run out
- Level and status on every line, not just a quantity
- Stock value, so the number means something financially
02 · Where accuracy is won
Scan it in, against the order
Receiving is the moment stock either stays accurate or stops being accurate. Scan cartons against the purchase order and short or excess quantities are flagged on the line rather than quietly absorbed into the count.
- Barcode and QR scanning on receipt and issue
- Received against the purchase order, line by line
- Short and excess quantities flagged, not absorbed
- Excel and CSV import for opening stock and price lists
03 · Both directions
Purchase and sales orders in one ledger
What is on order, what is in transit, what is due to dispatch. Orders in both directions against the same stock, so an incoming delivery and an outgoing commitment are never counted twice.
- Purchase orders through to goods receipt
- Sales orders through to delivery tracking
- Inter-warehouse transfers with a full movement trail
- Supplier and customer records against each order
04 · The money standing still
Turnover, and the stock that is not moving
Fast movers tell you what to buy. Dead stock tells you what the last buying decision cost — and it is usually the more useful of the two numbers, because nobody ever volunteers it.
- Turnover rate per item over the period you choose
- Dead stock named, with the capital it is holding
- Movement history in and out, auditable
- Every report exportable to PDF or Excel
Everything in the box
16 capabilities, one subscription.
This replaces the stock register, the purchase-order file, the reorder sticky notes and the spreadsheet somebody rebuilds every quarter. None of it is priced separately.

On the floor
Counted at the rack, not at a desk.
A count typed up later is a count someone is guessing at. The phone in a storesperson's pocket already has a camera, which is already a barcode scanner.
01 · Mobile stock app
The scanner you already own
Cycle counts, goods receipt and stock lookups from a phone, recorded against the rack the person is standing at. No handheld terminal to buy, configure or lose.
- Barcode scanning with the phone camera
- Cycle counts recorded where the stock is
- Lookups on the floor — no walk back to a terminal
- Syncs to the same ledger the office is reading
Stock count
Who it is for
Find yourself on this list.
Distributors, wholesalers and multi-location businesses managing physical stock.
Built for
4Distributors & wholesalers
Thousands of SKUs, thin margins, and a count that has to be right because the margin is in the count.
Multi-warehouse operations
Stock in four places, and a question — "do we have it?" — that currently takes four phone calls.
Anyone barcoding goods in
Receiving against a purchase order is where stock stops being accurate. Scanning is where it stays accurate.
Businesses with capital in stock
If dead stock is money you cannot name, turnover reporting pays for the system on its own.

Your stock is already inside another product
Restro, Retail and Pharmacy each carry their own stock. Running this alongside one of them usually duplicates it.

You hold a handful of lines
Under about fifty SKUs in one place, a sheet is honestly fine. We would rather say so than sell you a warehouse system.
We would rather tell you this is the wrong product than sell you a configuration that fights your process. Where nothing in the catalogue fits, we build the system instead.
Getting it running
Five phases, and you check each one.
How long it takes depends on how much history has to come across and how many sites are involved. You get a phase plan with dates before work starts.
Onboarding is free with the subscription.
Setup, data migration, training and go-live are not billed as a project and there is no joining fee. Support continues under the same subscription once you are live.
Configuration

Existing records imported from Excel, CSV or a database export, validated, with an error report before anything commits.
Free
Training
Your team trained on the screens they will actually use, on your own data rather than a sample set.

Start with a scoping call
Before you ask
The six that come up every time.
Answered straight, with no figure we cannot stand behind. The rest are on the full FAQ.
Can I see the software before buying?
Yes. We run a guided demo on a live system with your own scenarios, rather than giving out a self-serve login — our products are multi-tenant deployments where each customer has their own isolated instance. Contact us and we will schedule a demo, usually within two working days.
Can you migrate data from the system we use now?
Yes. Data migration is part of every deployment. We import existing records — students, items, customers, stock, ledgers — from Excel, CSV or a direct database export, validate them, show you an error report before anything is committed, and reconcile the result against your current balances.
How long does a deployment take?
A product deployment typically runs in phases: configuration, data migration, training, then go-live. The length depends on how much historical data has to come across and how many sites are involved. We give a phase plan with dates in the scope document before work starts, and each phase ends with working software you can check.
How is the software priced?
Pricing depends on the product, the number of users or outlets, and whether you need custom work on top. We quote per project after a scoping conversation rather than publishing a rate card, because a single-outlet cafe and a twelve-college group need very different things. Contact us for a quote.
Is our data kept separate from other customers?
Yes. Our multi-tenant products scope every record to an organisation identifier taken from the authenticated session and enforced on the server for every query, so no request can read another tenant’s data. Where a customer requires it, we also deploy a dedicated instance.
What happens after go-live?
Support continues under an agreement that sets out response times and a named contact. That covers bug fixes, updates and enhancements. Our support hours are Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 and Saturday 9:00–14:00 IST.
